Narkar Health Foundation is committed to providing healthcare services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. Patients may qualify for discounted services through our Sliding Fee Discount Program based on household income and family size in accordance with current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Eligibility for the Sliding Fee Discount Program is determined using:
• Household size
• Household income
• Federal Poverty Guidelines
• Supporting documentation
Discounts may be available for eligible patients receiving covered services at Narkar Health Foundation.
Patients interested in applying should bring:
• Government-issued identification
• Proof of income
• Proof of household size
• Additional supporting documentation if requested
